January 2010, our new products, 12” and 16” table fan are available in the market now.  All tooling, moulding are all in-house owned, to increase our product range to be a total OEM factory for home appliances.  New factory located in Sungai Petani, measured at 13,000 sq. ft., built-up area to cater for the production of table fan, scaling at 10,000pcs per month for each model.

December 2009, our another sets of new moulding for 20”, 21” and 29” CRT TV are ready now.  Customers would have a wider choice of outlook 

October 2009, a group of 9 customers were rewarded for an incentive tour to our China factory, together to open eyes to see how CT Frank’s style in entertaining our valued customers.  Everyone would agree, we work hard, as well, we play hard!

October 2009, we are expanding our built-up area on our existing Kamunting factory, to cater for our aggressive growth.  This would make our built-up area to increase from 100,600 sq ft to 125,600 sq ft.

September 2009, our yearly overseas company trip for the executives is carried out.  Everyone is enjoying the city and islands hoping trip.  Great experience for those first timers who leave their fear at behind and jump into the ocean for snorkelling...BRAVO mates!

September 2009, in order to achieve our mission to be one-stop manufacturer on our home appliance products, we are planning to set up own plastic injection division, to cater for own production needs.

August 2009, due to the healthy expansion of business, our Kelantan branch has moved to a bigger warehouse to cater for the daily increasing demand for our products.  This has made us better serving our valued customers in Kelatan and Terengganu region.

July 2009, we found a partner in China, going hand in hand to develop various kind DVD player for own dealer market.  This DVD player projected to be ready and hit the market in December 2009.

June 2009, our first ever customer incentive trip had kicked off.  All customers have a clearer picture after visited our Kamunting factory, as well as enjoying themselves to the maximum over this trip.

June 2009, we are coming back to develop Table Fan.  Learning from previous expensive experience, we are now more ready and equipped with more technical know-how in developing another set of moulding and tooling.  We expect our prototype to be ready latest by December 2009.

May 2009, our China factory, Foshan Nanhai CT Frank Electronic Co. Ltd. starts to operate in a 15,000 sq ft factory.  This factory is meant to produce various kind of circuit boards which had been designed by our R&D team.  These circuit boards are for own use, as well as to sell overseas.  It starts small, however, steadily.

May 2009, we are starting to export to Indonesia, making us to have exporting to more than 8 countries by now.

March 2009, we are growing constantly in dealer market.  We have increased our local sales team to cover every states of peninsula Malaysia.  We believe our TV would be seen thorough out any of electrical outlets in a very near future.

March 2009, in order to better master the technical and technology know-how, we have hired a team of 8 senior engineers, placing them in the Technology Park in Guangzhou.  This R&D house is located in a technology incubator house neighbouring with Sony, Samsung, LG and most of the world top brands.  This R&D team is meant to design and develop own circuit board for all our coming new products.

February 2009, our 17” and 29” mould are ready.  Actually production is undergoing.

Annual company dinner is fallen on 26th January.  All staffs from all branches join the fun, having good food and good time in our factory.  VIPs are being invited to join us for the fun as well.

January 2009, our effort and hard work is appreciated by our government authority.  We are being invited by MATRADE, to display our Malaysian Made brand’s TV “I-SONIC” into their 2nd Floor, Malaysia Export Exhibition Centre for one year.

January 2009, to be better recognised by the market, Astro Kelantan branch has called up up, tight us up for a joint marketing.  End user who buys selected model of  I-SONIC TV, would be awarded for a free installation from Astro.  Thank you for all the support!

December 2008, we are small, but, we do it a big way.  CT Frank launches a promotion campaign named Golden Ox Promo Package, running from December 2008 to May 2009.  Dealers who sign up the promo will be entitled to go for 2 trips, Thailand and China.  We received a fabulous feedback, whereby, dealer sales have triple up.  Yeah!

November 2008, our own in-house brand, “I-SONIC” has slowly grown and to be well accepted by local market.  Dealers are now asking us to put up signage board carrying “I-SONIC” brand for them.  First signage board measured 20 ft x 4 ft is put up, first and ever, in Kelantan Kota Bharu now.  Coming, more and more signage boards will be built up around in Malaysia.  Cheers!

October 2008, our long prepared CT Frank Kuantan branch is ready now.  It is located in Bandar Indera Mahkota, just next to Ayamas’ warehouse.  Customer who needs services to be performed, could just send in their goods to our branch.  If they want a speedy service, just have a cup of tea in the next door restaurant, and come back to get their goods.

September 2008, an exciting 3 days 2 nights company trip to Hadyai, Thailand is awarded to all the hard work to all management level staffs.  Good food, intensive shopping, great entertainment and, surely not to forget to say, “THANK YOU, CT FRANK!”

September 2008, in order to better equipped, we are now start to develop own moulding for 17” and 29” to enrich our own tooling.  Expect to get ready of these 2 sizes within 3 months from now.

August 2008, our own front and back moulding for 14”, 20”, 21” normal and pure flat TV are finally ready.  We are able to shorten our delivery lead time now.  We could, in shorter time frame, to fulfil the orders from local and overseas customers start from today.

July 2008, CT Frank has started to be accepted by another one of the top hypermarkets in Malaysia.  Now, TV produced by CT Frank can be viewed and bought from this hypermarket which has over 100 outlets in Malaysia.

May 2008, our second new production line, which is 180meter in length, is ready.  Capacity of output can scale up to 50,000 now.

May 2008, to be welcomed by more North and South African buyers, CT Frank has now entering more countries in these two regions.

April 2008 -- Our participation of 103rd Canton Fair exhibition was wrapped up in a fabulous result.  We were in Pavilion International Hall 5, level 2, Lane I, booth number 38.  We were getting a lots of genuine inquiries from all over the world.  We are proud to be competitive with China product in term of price.  We are pleased to know, Malaysian's business ethic, quality and finishing has not been an issue to potential customers that came to us.

March 2008 -- Our Kelantan Sales and Service Center has started operation since 1st March.  One month prior to our estimation.  We are now better facilitating our OEM customers and to provide faster and prompt attention to our customers' needs.

March 2008 -- Exhibiting in Canton Fair 2008 during 16th to 20th April 2008 in Pavilion International Hall in Guangzhou, China. We sincerely welcome interested parties to visit us to our booth. Booth number would be informed after informed by the organizer.

February 2008 -- Our second Sales and Service Center would be ready to function latest by April 2008 in Kelantan. This is to better take care of our customer in the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia.

February 2008 -- All related molding equipments to produce 12” and 16” table fans are in the right place. Testing and final tuning of product is undergoing. Table fan would be ready-to-sell latest by end of March 2008. OEM is welcomed.

January 2008 -- Glad to announce that CT Frank has started to export OEM TV to Middle East in Month January 2008.

January 2008 -- Company Dinner on 26 January 2008. All Frank management staffs, operations staffs and valued customers are invited for a memorable buffet dinner hosted in our factory.

November 2007 -- Participated One-On-One Business Match Matching organized by MATRADE on 13th and 14th November 2007. We met up with buyers more than 12 countries to introduce our products and services to the world.

September 2007 -- New factory acquisition and moving. We had shifted to a new plant which has a built up area of 100,600sq ft with a 4.3 acre land size in September 2007. This has allowed us to cater for more quantity production as well as more products could be produced in this manufacturing plant which located in Kamunting Industrial Estate, Perak

September 2007 -- To further provide confidence to our valued customers, we have SIRIM and SASO safety certificates in order for our valued customers to meet the local authority’s requirements.

August 2007 -- We are enrolled into Common Effective Preferential Tariff (CEPT) – FORM D, as well as Generalised System of Preferences (GSP) – FORM A. Countries that are covered under these 2 schemes would enjoy a preferential tax level for importing from us.

June 2007 -- We are registered under MITI, MIDA and MATRADE as a member in manufacturing and exporter.
